If for any reason there’s an issue with a product purchased from BioGenLabs online store, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at:

When contacting us, please include:

  • A short description of the issue

  • The product name

  • Your order or invoice number

Returned products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned.
